“Pessimo”
I was really annoyed when they took photos of my documents with their phone. According to the Data Protection Authority, a B&B can only view the document and transcribe the data for sending to public safety via Alloggiati Web, but it cannot keep photos, scans or copies of the document. I reserve the right to file a complaint. I had booked a double room but was given a single. The toilet keeps leaking after it’s flushed, so there was a lot of water noise all night. The “café” is just outside the room door, so you can hear the noise and feel awkward because other guests stare when you open the door. Across the street is a train line that runs every 10 minutes. The old doors are hard to close because the wood has swollen from moisture. I’ll stop here because there are still more things to say… I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews from others; I’m amazed.
