The hotel offers plenty of ways to enjoy a stay with kids, and the location provides a beautiful view of the countryside and town, which we really liked! A few small things would improve the experience: when three people fit into a 1.5‑room‑wide apartment and don’t know where to hang their winter jackets, it’s tricky because there are no hooks or a small coat rack. The same goes for borrowed bathrobes or the handbag; we’re unsure where to put them, especially with bulky ski gear in winter. A shoe rack would help, and the shower curtain felt unhygienic and unpleasant.

A lovely room with a great view and comfortable beds, and the floor request was honored. The reception welcomed us warmly, handled questions in the dining area and at the evening bar, and the lady at the bath entrance was always friendly and helpful. All staff were overall courteous. The room, lobby, bar/winter garden, swimming hall, dining room, and kids’ play area were all clean and inviting. We’d gladly return! The odd part was having to dispose of the room’s trash in the bin at departure, which felt uncomfortable after already moving luggage to the lobby or car; a microwave in the kitchenette would also be nice.
