The location is perfect, you can walk straight into the city center, but we slept in room 106, the back side, which felt very old and somewhat deserted, the vending machine was completely broken, no unit and messy; the room matches the description, it’s outdated and therefore the price is high.

The location is perfect, the energy is great and every staff member greeted us with a welcoming smile and was very helpful; thank you so much to everyone. The room was a bit cold at night; it would be perfect if an extra blanket was prepared in the room since the reception is not connected to the building.

“Delft is a delight. Hotel OK but quite expensive given the dated single rooms.”

The staff were very polite and helpful, but the rooms feel dated and could use an upgrade—quirky, not vintage. My room sat right next to the Oulde Kerk, which was convenient for exploring Delft’s centre, yet the church bells rang every hour, making a good night’s sleep hard to get. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

The bed was comfortable, the mattress was good, and the staff were very friendly; the bathroom is a bit dated, but it’s usable.

The staff were friendly, the location was great—close to the old town, the station, and with a tram stop right outside—and the room was comfortable. However, I had to ask for extra toilet rolls and tissues, the small sticking window was annoying, the TV remote needed a new battery and there seemed to be no spare in stock, the shower drain was partially blocked and the tray overflowed and needed a nonslip mat, and the taps had to run for a while to get hot water, wasting water.
