A pleasant little hotel. Though its golden years are behind it, it still feels atmospheric and well‑situated, which probably holds most of its charm. The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts tasty, and the balcony offered a beautiful view. It was warm enough, and parking was hassle‑free. I definitely recommend it for exploring this part of Tuscany; it's sufficient for those with low expectations.

Cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast, and dinner were excellent. The building is dated, but that doesn’t affect the enjoyable stay. The location is strategic for touring Val d’Orcia, Tuscia, and Lake Trasimeno, and the value for money is great. The only downside is that the bathroom feels a bit dated.

We were welcomed warmly by everyone, and the breakfast was really good, making it a solid spot. The only downside was that the toilet flush was a bit harsh.

The room was spacious, the décor nice, the balcony offered a good view, and the friendly manager even tried to chat with us in French. However, the room was noisy, the single‑sided glass door didn’t close well and faced a busy street, and the twin beds were oddly shaped—one even had a basin, so the manager assured us the bedding was new, but it still caused back pain.
