The bed was very comfortable and the air‑conditioning cooled the room properly. The rooms were cleaned every day and the used toilet paper was refilled. The staff were especially kind, and both breakfast and dinner were divine. The only downside was that the wellness area and courtyard pool had very cold water, and the walls of the rooms were a bit thin.

The food and waiters were great, but the housekeeper kept coming in early on the last day even though the do‑not‑disturb sign was up, and parties ended at 11 pm.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive, and the cleaning crew and reception were also pleasant; the hotel itself is clean and modern, with live music or events several evenings a week, and the menu is varied with plenty of options for everyone. The silicone seams in the shower need replacing, as do the worn, partially leaking shower fixtures, and the in‑room safe should be included in the price.

The property was fine, but the staff were so terrible they bordered on abusive—never before had I seen a hotel receptionist wildly gesticulate and shout at a lone female traveller who was caring for a critically ill mother in a nearby hospital, all over a €20 buffet bill she was trying to pay. The staff showed a shocking lack of basic civility or kindness.
