The location was good and the flat was clean, but it didn’t match the photo. The place was on the ground floor with a 20‑step staircase to reach the apartment. The bedding was awful and the door handle stayed in our hands. A lot of furniture was broken or in bad condition, outlets were ripped out, there was no microwave, and no matches or lighter to light the stove.
