⭐⭐ Disappointing – definitely not a 4‑star standard. The view is nice, the rooms are generally tidy, and the staff are friendly, but the biggest issue was the room cleaning, which we felt was poorly done and not thorough during our stay. A 4‑star hotel should offer much higher cleanliness and attention. The breakfast was also let‑down, with a very limited selection that didn’t match what we’d expect from a hotel of this class. Even more frustrating was being asked to pay for water at checkout, even though water had been provided free. This left a very negative final impression.

“Hotel hat Management Probleme”

The building looks very nice and modern with plants and wood, the rooms are spacious, and the location is good with many restaurants nearby. However, the management seems to have a problem: there are few staff who are more interested in their phones than helping guests. At reception, no one assists with luggage or umbrellas, and a few sun umbrellas outside would make it easier for tourists waiting for taxis. There’s a general indifference toward guests, and the breakfast, which is already sparse, suffers because the coffee pot isn’t refilled when empty. This lovely hotel could be much better with competent leadership.

The place is clean and comfortable, but the staff behave poorly; they only interact before check‑in or at check‑in, after that you’re on your own. Breakfast is mostly local Vietnamese food, and nobody speaks English to explain the dishes. We chose a sea‑facing room with a balcony that offers a view, yet the hotel never mentioned that two large fresh seafood restaurants are right below the balcony. Standing on the balcony in the evening until late night is impossible because the seafood smell is too strong.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and spacious, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent, the location is nice, and overall it’s a great place to stay—I’d definitely return.
