The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was family‑like, the bed was comfortable, breakfast good, and the owners super friendly and service‑oriented. The old house has charm, but some aspects lack charm, such as the toilet lock. We would like a proper lock and ventilation. While it’s understandable that smoking isn’t allowed inside or near the house, a small area in a corner of the garden would let guests dispose of leftovers properly without having to stand on the road.

The house is lovely and tastefully decorated; it’s great to be able to borrow bikes. Pillows were too firm and the linen sheets were uncomfortable.
