The pool was under maintenance and the place felt far from the city centre, which was a drawback.

The staff’s attentiveness and willingness to help were commendable, and I have no complaints.

The bed was very comfortable, yet the staff’s attitude was despotic and dismissive of me as a guest; the app listed breakfast as included, but the front desk said otherwise, even though those with direct reservations sometimes also didn’t receive it, showing a terrible service attitude.

I liked the location, but the pool wasn’t working, and the beds were smaller than a standard double.

The service and cleanliness were good, but the TV lacked any streaming options.
