Very disappointing experience regarding the invoice. The hotel promised to provide me with an invoice, but more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted customer service three times, but the issue remains unresolved. It should not take this much time and effort to obtain such a basic document. The room was pleasant and the breakfast was good, but the mattress squeaked and felt far from comfortable.

The staff were very attentive, the food was good, and the bus connection was right outside the building. The downside was the three steep, high stairs that had to be climbed; this was fine for us but would be quite troublesome for older or mobility‑impaired guests.

The hotel sits close to our event venue, which was convenient. The rooms are newly furnished and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. However, after our event at 20:30 we couldn’t find any option for a simple late‑night snack, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was fine.
