Typical mountain apartment, well equipped and cozy. Nice location above the valley with a wonderful view from the balcony. Fitness with sauna. Very nice hosts. Good access by car. Convenient location for skiing and summer trips—located on the extension of the Grossglockner road. The equipment isn’t new, but that doesn’t matter. It’s stylish, functional and convenient. And most importantly, clean.

A historic estate with stunning views of the Lienz mountains and the Dolomites, the apartment is attractive, fully equipped, and the hosts are excellent. The entire house blends its past with modern touches. Ski slopes are a 20 to 45‑minute drive away, and Lienz city is less than 10 minutes by car.

We felt very comfortable. The location was perfect and the mountain view was fantastic. The apartment was clean, very cozy, and tastefully decorated. A completely successful holiday.
