The place is really airy and the staff are super quick to help, no matter where you are. The rooms stay tidy and everything’s in order, so you don’t feel crowded. Service is solid and the food variety is pretty good.

The pool was a highlight, but the rest of the experience fell flat. The food was awful, the restaurant staff didn’t respond, and the chairs were in need of replacement. The bathroom fixtures in the room need fixing, and hot water ran out fast. Skip it.

Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the complex and the rooms, and the food was plentiful and tasty. The young staff were hardworking and friendly, and the vibe was quiet and calm. The beach was just a short walk away. The only downside was the lack of privacy on the terrace – it was split by a transparent divider and cramped, with only a dryer fitting in. Otherwise, the stay was great.

This is our third year at Neva, but this time the food just didn’t live up to past standards – the menu felt repetitive and the same dishes were served all day. We had to wait 30 minutes for pancakes at breakfast and again for ice cream in the afternoon. Despite the clean rooms and friendly staff, this was the last time we’ll be back.

The spot was decent—close to the beach and the staff were friendly. But the first afternoon we discovered there was no hot water in our room, so I had to bathe my 4‑year‑old with cold water. When I asked the front desk, they said it was a known issue and we’d just have to wait. I switched to a room in another wing, only to find sagging beds, a broken kettle, no shower curtain, and rusty dryers on the terrace.
