The local spot was fantastic with a 400‑meter beach, coral reefs, and a focus on privacy. The family that runs it is very attentive, the meals are tasty, and the days just flew by.

This homestay was one of the best I've had. Michel, his wife, and the staff are such caring, beautiful people, and the food is delicious and changes every day. They also offer great tour options and help with bookings. It's a very quiet spot with only five cabins on the beach, and I loved it. Nothing negative.

Our seven‑night stay was incredibly unique. The hosts, Mitchel and Yedi, are among the nicest people we've met—happy, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Mitchel arranged several activities for us, like hiking, fishing, and offshore snorkeling, all reasonably priced. The accommodation isn't glamorous; it's basic but sufficient, and the bed was comfortable. Yedi cooked three meals a day, and she is a superb cook—always delicious, varied, and generous portions. We snorkeled twice daily from the shore, which was always a delight. Special shout‑out to the other staff—Didi, Ayo, and Nico—who were always friendly and eager to help; we loved their energy. We would recommend staying here 100% for anyone who enjoys an authentic, secluded, beautiful, and peaceful experience with a gorgeous sunset as a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a simple but great place. Mitchell and his wife Yedi are wonderful hosts. As others have mentioned, there isn’t a lot to do around, but that didn’t bother us at all; on the contrary. We went snorkeling once or twice a day, which was plenty. We stayed for 8 nights and would have liked to stay even longer. Time passed like a dream. Yedi tried to cook something different for us each day, and vegan/vegetarian meals were no problem when requested.

⚠️ I feared for my life – serious safety concerns Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation after my experience. I stayed in a tent despite strong winds and had specifically asked the host beforehand whether it was safe to sleep in the tent under these conditions. I was assured that it was safe. During the night, while I was sleeping, a branch fell onto the tent and hit me on the head, causing an injury. What happened afterwards was extremely distressing. The host appeared completely overwhelmed by the situation and was unable to get me to a hospital. I was left for more than 30 hours not knowing whether I had suffered internal injuries. I was genuinely in a state of panic and feared for my life. This was not simply an unpleasant experience. I was injured in what I had been told was a safe sleeping situation, and when something serious happened, I did not feel that I received the support or emergency assistance I needed. I have serious concerns about the safety of this accommodation and believe the situation should be taken seriously and investigated. In my opinion, anyone operating accommodation should be able to ensure basic safety for their guests and respond appropriately when a serious emergency occurs
