I couldn't speak English at all, the staff's attitude was bad, I paid in cash and they said I hadn't paid, there was no receipt or business card, and I couldn't understand them, which was a problem; it turned out to be a mistake shared among the staff, and since I was paying in cash they wouldn't admit their mistake or listen to me, so communication failed and it was very uncomfortable, especially since I was the only one staying; the location near the palace seemed convenient, but in the new city area the lack of language, food, and taxi services made it inconvenient.

“Great location but still recovering from floods when I was there.”

The location was great and Owner Han was very nice, but my sheets weren't clean, I had to ask for towels and got one that looked questionable, I never received toilet paper, the hot water didn't work, mosquitoes filled the room at night, it smelled of mold, I got sick, I didn't feel safe leaving my luggage at the desk because it wasn't always staffed, and a small group of teenage boys hung outside almost all the time; the kitchen was minimal.
