“We can't write things happened to us staying here. Completely Rubbish & Worst ever”

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff's attitude was incredibly poor, and when I requested additional towels and blankets, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The hotel seemed to be run by a single person who was more concerned with saving resources than providing basic amenities. When I asked for food, I was met with a call to the canteen to see if there was any left, which was a shocking experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I encountered some issues with the room, including a strong unpleasant smell and thin walls that didn't provide much soundproofing. Unfortunately, I had to relocate due to these problems.
