The staff were friendly, but the TV room had no signal. Towels and toilets could have been cleaner. I borrowed the hotel's iron, which looked old and dirty but still worked. At a discounted price of 250k IDR it was a good cheap option for a one‑night stay. I needed to check in early, so I paid 25 % of the room price. Overall, it was good enough.

The staff at this place were really friendly, which was a plus. However, the air conditioning in the room was leaking, which was pretty annoying. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not without its issues.

This hotel is in a great spot - perfect for shopping and right on the main road. I didn't notice any downsides during my stay.

Staying at this Cihamplas hotel was a total disappointment. The staff seemed completely untrained in hospitality - they didn't even bother to check my booking before I arrived, and talking to them felt like a waste of time. The room was tiny and had electrical issues, plus the comforter was dirty. With several hotels in the area, this one was by far the worst - I'd definitely recommend trying the Promenade hotel nearby instead.
