“It was okay the hotel looks a little old now since the last time I went there which was around 4-5 years ago”

The bed was comfortable and the room service was good, but I was told I could request a late check‑out the night before, so when I needed to leave at 1:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, the front‑desk lady hadn’t entered my membership ID—despite my many hotel stays where that never caused a problem—because she was half‑asleep in her chair and not at the desk; I arrived around 5‑6 pm.

The staff were friendly, the gym was good and the room stayed clean, but there were no curtains to block out the light.

“For the on the go travellers”

I liked the location and the hotel offered a free shuttle from 9‑12 nn and 5‑10 pm, plus free coffee and tea all day, cookies and cold water for guests in the afternoon, and a decent breakfast; I wish they’d add bacon or vary the menu occasionally. The desk area could use better lighting for working, the pillows were too soft and the mattress even softer, and for first‑floor rooms whose windows face the parking lot I would have preferred a way to open the drapes without being seen from inside.
