The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was ideal for visiting the Berlin Wall and dining by the water, which we really enjoyed ✌️🙏. Nothing else to note.

The breakfast, reception, and comfortable bed were great. The noise level was not very soundproofed, there was a lack of storage, and the bathroom was very narrow.

The hotel is very easy to reach by public transport: the bus stops right outside, and the U-Bahn is around the corner. The staff were friendly. The room was far too small for three people, and that also applied to the shower. Although there are three beds, there is hardly any walking space. A single wall shelf holds one chair, and there are three small shelves for your belongings (no wardrobe) plus a coat rack. The hotel has an elevator, but you still have to walk down two flights of stairs to reach your room. The photo shown online does not accurately reflect what it looks like.
