From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed as part of the family. The staff were amazing—very professional, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The safari guides’ knowledge was impressive, and they loved sharing it with guests. After game drives, being greeted with a hot or cold towel and welcome drinks was a thoughtful touch that let the staff see how we enjoyed the drive and what animals we saw. The food was amazing, and the chef was more than willing to accommodate our specific food preferences. Our chalet was large, clean, and very peaceful, with all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was huge! Using golf carts to get to and from the lodge to your chalet was great—especially at night when animals roam the area. There is nothing we would change, except that we would stay longer.
