The issue isn’t the staff, it’s the other guests. They had no respect for anyone sleeping. It was impossible to sleep, and when I did fall asleep I was woken every 30 minutes. On the first night I had to leave in the middle of the night to get another room and never came back, losing 300 €.

The location is very close to the train station, which is a real plus. Check‑in is available until relatively late, which is convenient. The top‑floor facilities (onsen, cold bath, and sauna) are small but very pleasant for the price, making it an excellent value. The mattresses are almost too small; anyone over 1.80 m should avoid them. There is black tape on the beds, the storage box in the cabin is unusable, and the control console in the cabin. These issues make some of the facilities outdated and unsightly.

I liked the whole experience, it was a cool stay, though the mattress felt a bit thin and the capsule lacked a fan.
