Nice location, great view. No reception closing. Not as expensive as other hotels in the same tier. The place is a bit old‑fashioned and could use a renovation. The email with the codes arrived late, and the PIN for the room was incomplete on the page (the # at the end was missing), which made checking in a bit tricky.

Great idea by a committed team that keeps this fantastic house from being empty! Direct lake access, stunning views of Niesen and Stockhorn! A good idea to start offering fondue on the terrace from mid‑October!

Everything was perfect! I would love to visit again. The location was excellent, and the employees were nice and helpful

The location was recommended by our Swiss friends as a beautiful view at a reasonable price. It was very small and very poorly maintained. Light fixtures were falling out and bulbs were burned out. The mini fridge didn't work at all. The shower and bathroom were so poor they would need a major upgrade to be a hostel.

The spot right by the lake is great, but the rooms on the road side are very noisy.
