The hot spring was amazing, it really helped me relax.
The hotel was spotless, and the hot spring was great.
We were really happy with the hotel's location - it was just a short walk from Hakata station, which made it super convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to meet our needs.

For 1500 yen the breakfast offered great value, featuring mentaiko and attention to details like optional pillows and complimentary face masks, making everything feel comfortable; the small on‑site hot spring was a nice touch, and although the rooms are smaller than those in larger hotels, they’re well worth staying in and my family loved it. No real negatives—just a tolerably small room.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to meet our needs. The room was also spotless and had everything we needed.
“good value”
This eco-friendly hotel really stood out to me - the hot spring was a highlight, and I loved the sustainable vibe. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of English signage, which made it hard to navigate the facilities.
“Will come back next time I visit Osaka”
The location is perfect, only a two‑minute walk to Nippombashi Station and a Lawson on the ground floor right next to the hot. The lounge area is great and stays open until midnight!
“良い旅になりました”
The staff were really helpful and polite, which made up for some of the facility's shortcomings. I was impressed by their attitude and service, which made a big difference in my overall experience.
