I never liked anything about the experience because the whole stay was cancelled for arriving a few hours late and I received no refund; I will never use bookings.com again.

“Top appartement”

The hospitality was great and the apartment on the third floor in the middle of the city was tidy. It was a perfect spot to explore the beautiful city of Viterbo. A small tip: hang the name plate of the B&B/apartment on the door at the entrance downstairs; we had to look a bit to find it.

The positives are definitely the central location and the warm welcome, friendly and very helpful! Even though breakfast wasn’t included, we were given everything available in the shared kitchen between the rooms (snacks, a coffee machine with pods and all the coffee supplies, teas and even yogurt in the fridge), plus two water bottles in the room and two fruit juices. We were really satisfied with that. The downside was that the building and partly the room had some dampness (the entrance and part of the stairs were under renovation and there was no elevator, not ideal for those with luggage), although an air‑conditioner was provided, which helped a bit. Finally, there were no sheets, only a kind of blanket usually used in these cases; the pillowcases and mattress covers were clean but not freshly laundered, so to speak.

“Consigliato per un week end rilassante.”

The location is super central. The staff were very friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The bathroom was comfortable and clean, and the jacuzzi was working.
