The room was renovated and modern. The entrance door is the atrium of the building, and that area could use a renovation.

The location was central, but Antonio, who kindly picked me up from the train station, had me at his other B&B on Via Cappucini instead of the one I booked, which had a smaller room and no washing machine, so I had to ask the cleaning lady to wash my clothes. I didn’t expect to miss what I paid for. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, knocking on my door every day at 9:50 am—including on checkout day—asking if I was ready to leave, even though checkout was at 10 am and no one should knock until 10:01 am. The next day she woke me up and said “it’s almost 10 am,” and she seemed angry that I wouldn’t let her into the room, which was odd. There was no safe, and I’ve never been to a B&B where a cleaning lady comes every day without any “do not disturb” signage. She never said “hello,” “please,” or “thank you.” Also, breakfast was only vouchers for an external café. I can’t recommend this place because of all those issues.
