The staff was extremely rude; when I arrived in the evening they cleaned the room right in front of me and didn't sweep, so hair was still on the floor. No towel or blanket was given, I had to ask for one. It felt like a homeless shelter and might actually be one. Only creepy men were staying there. It was extremely loud with other guests. The bathrooms were gross and ran out of toilet paper by morning. I was actually so scared staying here, to be honest.

I slept on the street. I arrived from Europe, confirmed my booking with Booking, was on my way to the hotel when they told me they couldn't check me in because I hadn't booked. I had to sleep on the street. They didn't care what happened and said they couldn't help.
