“Bien pour un stop d’une nuit”

We had a lovely welcome at this hotel, and the place was spotless and modern. It's also really close to the port, which was a bonus. However, the lack of soundproofing meant that we were kept awake by the traffic noise all night. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was also really loud, which is a common problem in the Philippines.

The hotel had some nice touches, but the lack of a cable TV remote control was a major issue. I reported it to reception, but they just ignored my complaint. It was frustrating to have to get up and change channels manually.

“New Hotel. Great Service”

This hotel has got it right in terms of security - you need your key card to access the hallway on your floor, which is a great feature. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, even at weird hours like midnight. They'll bring you whatever you need, including toilet paper (twice, in my case!). The location is quiet, but close to the action on Mango Street. Great value for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They were always willing to lend a hand, whether it was ordering food or answering questions. The area is nice and quiet, but still close to the action.
