The room was spotless when we arrived, which was a great start to our stay.
The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the staff was always smiling, which made our stay even better.

The location is good and the people are nice, but the older hotel’s air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Water leaked from the ceiling when someone was showering upstairs, and the faucet didn’t work.

The hotel sits in a convenient central area, but the air conditioning was broken; I had to beg to be moved to another room or I’d have left, and eventually I was relocated.
