This modern, clean hotel sits in a great spot, just minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The staff—whether at reception, housekeeping or at the buffet—were consistently friendly and efficient. The only downside is that the immediate surroundings of the hotel aren’t the prettiest.

I’m still waiting for a refund. A fire was set off and I’m still awaiting reimbursement.

Nothing. Due to a fire our booking was moved to the Ibis Budget. Didn't book the Budget in the first place due to reviews, but ended up there anyway with no choice and no refund in price difference. Aware the fire was unfortunate but a choice to cancel and find other accommodation would have been nice. We were travelling as friends not partners - these rooms are NOT suitable for friends. Everything. I have contacted the hotel and and hadn't response

I couldn’t stay because the place was already on fire when we arrived, and they moved us to another hotel.

The location is fine and the room was clean. The staff weren’t very friendly, and you had to pay to store your suitcase.
