The place is in a great spot, staff were helpful and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Nothing else to mention.

I liked the location, close to the waterfront and museums. The only downside was the shower drain – it was slow and not sloped correctly, so water stayed in the shower.

There were many shops around. I tried to book a room for one adult and two kids (10 t and 15 t) on a Thursday for 620 k, but the room only had two single beds, forcing the adult to sleep on a sofa about 1 m long. The room had only one power outlet by the bedside and one inside the bathroom, making it hard for all three of us to charge our phones. The bed had black stains and was dirty; the bathroom drain was clogged, so we had to lift the cover and clear it before showering. Overall, the amenities didn’t match the price. The price was still higher than the 4‑star Golden Rose in Mỹ Khê, and I only realized this after paying.

“Budget friendly Hotel”

We arrived late at night and had no VND cash because all exchange counters were closed. The staff let us use AUD cash as a deposit and returned it the next day after we exchanged our VND. I can’t complain much – they gave us a place to freshen up and sleep.
