The spot is in a great area, within walking distance of everything and just 5 minutes from the beach. The rooms are roomy with huge, super comfy beds, and overall the place was clean and offered good value. However, we never saw any staff after checking in, and no one cleaned our room for the entire 6 days even though we left a “Please make up my room” sign outside. The Wi‑Fi was awful—unstable and slow, the worst I’ve had in Vietnam—so don’t book if you need to work remotely. The neighbors were noisy, with people running and shouting from the door between 5‑6 am.

“Don't stay here.”

There was nothing to like about this place, so stay far away. I was harassed by a Russian guy for smoking on the sidewalk, then they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation and kept my money. I disliked everything.

“Beds do not seem clean and are not comfortable which made us leave earlier than planned.”

The location was good and the staff were helpful, checking us in after hours. But the sheets had stains and hair, not freshly washed. The shower handle was loose, water leaked out of the wall, so we asked for a room change. We left earlier than planned because we didn’t want to stay another night. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
