I loved the spot—everything was spotless and the staff were all super friendly and helpful, so I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay. The local spar access was a nice bonus. No complaints at all.

Breakfast was lovely. Location perfect. Beautiful room and staff lovely. We liked everything. The only problem we had was that the lift into the hotel was out of order, which was an inconvenience for my disabled partner. However the lovely reception showed us an alternative entrance to the side of the building.

We had a fantastic stay: the room and en‑suite were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and eager to help with anything. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the standard of the food. The gravel driveway to the main entrance was very wet from recent rain, so dirty footwear was inevitable, and moving through the damp gravel with suitcases or for those with reduced mobility could be quite difficult.

We loved the warm welcome, hospitality, and beautiful setting of the Beach House Hotel; it felt like an authentic English experience with a lovely bar, fantastic breakfast, and a touch of nostalgia. The décor matched the setting perfectly, and the ocean views were beautiful. Walking into Bamburgh was easy, letting us enjoy more of its beauty and history. Highly recommend! We are dog lovers, but weren’t quite sure about dogs being guests throughout the hotel. We understand the appeal, but it did slightly take away from the peaceful hotel experience.
