The only positive note was the location. The reception was questionable; we had told them our arrival time, yet we still had to wait an hour and a half to check in while standing on the street. When we arrived, the single‑bed linens were missing and were only delivered the next day, forcing us to sleep three people in the double bed. Overall cleanliness was lacking. The room had several exposed wires coming out of the walls, one even on my daughter’s bed frame, which were dangerous. We had to perform maintenance ourselves, such as fixing the electric roller blinds that had literally detached when closing the rear access; apart from a “thanks, but if you called we would send someone” reply, there was no indication of a discount, especially after we had reported other issues in previous days. Compared with other guests, we all experienced problems, and the garbage removal service was chaotic.
