The location is fantastic, away from the Sirmione bustle and very quiet, yet still within walking distance of the center. The breakfast room is charming, and the terrace has a great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. The bathroom feels a bit dated, but it will be renovated soon, and then it will be as lovely as the room.

Everything was great, the breakfast was good and you could order as much as you wanted. One of the rooms had a broken air‑conditioner, but it was fixed the same day. The place needs cosmetic repairs, but that's just a minor issue.
