“いろいろ最悪だった。”

There was nothing positive. At the very least, we wanted the bath towels replaced; only shampoo and body soap were in the bathroom. The switches were confusing, the room leaked too much sound, there were no curtains so the morning glare was harsh, and the walls and cushions were dirty. The phone number listed in the email is not a domestic number.

No positives. The room’s access code is sent by DM, so anyone who knows the code can enter, which is a security flaw. The leak was left unattended and only a towel was placed below it. The tap water tastes odd.

The spot was nice, quiet, and easy to reach by transport, and everything was very good.

“Great!”

It was easy to self check-in late at night on our first stay because of our late flight arrival. The room itself felt pretty small but comfortable for 3 person which give off living like a local Japanese person kind of vibes. The bathroom was clean which they had included toothbrush, body wash, and shampoo for free of charge. The staff were very responsive through our direct messages whether if it was requesting for Housekeeping service or answering questions which had make our trip much more smoother. The wooden floor got some strain it would be nice if they had mop them properly, the small fridge next to the television doesn't cool our food or drinks properly despite the max cooling setting; it still felt quite warm in there
