The room was very nice directly by the lake with a sun lounger in front of the room; it is a bit small but has good storage options in the built‑in wardrobes, and our lake‑side room was absolutely quiet with enough parking; the hotel has a very good dinner kitchen with a discount when booking half‑board, and breakfast is very good, unfortunately without a discount.

The reception was friendly, the proximity to Lac de Biscarrosse is very pleasant to see from the room, the establishment is clean, and everyone on staff is kind; however, the lack of confidentiality during payment means everyone can hear the details of the services taken and the price paid, and the customer waiting to pay could hear everything, which I don’t like—though some may find it trivial, it isn’t for me.

The vibe is great, the view of the lake is stunning, and the women who run everything are super friendly. The rooms feel a bit tight, but that’s expected and they’ve just been freshly updated; the corridors and other areas might get a refresh soon.
