It was calm and quiet with few people around, but the selection of food was a bit limited.
“I’d give it a 9/10. Everything the hotel had to offer was superb, with the exception of the hotel room condition.”
The hotel’s location, excellent food, diverse on‑site restaurants, 24/7 room service, pleasing aesthetics, and staff who always went above and beyond, plus beautiful beaches, made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was that my room was always damp and smelled of mold; no matter how often I adjusted the temperature to dry the air, the room remained humid. The sheets felt damp, the moldy odor lingered, and sewage flies appeared in the bathroom every day. The stay was manageable, but I wouldn’t pay full price for a room in that condition.
The location and views are beautiful, and the pool really draws you in; the breakfast spread is huge, so I could definitely have stayed longer. However, the room cards needed resetting several times, and when the door lock ran out of battery, staff had to use a key to open it.
