The room was spacious with an amazing view of Seoul, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fully equipped; daily cleaning was performed and the staff were very polite and friendly. A bus station to the city and an airport shuttle were right next to the hotel. Everything was great!

The staff were very nice and friendly; the location is perfect for traveling to and from the airport and to the city center, with Metro Line 9 nearby and many cafés and coffee shops right next to the hotel. The only downside is that the carpet in the room could use a clean‑up.
