The front desk employee's weren't very welcoming. I also heard them deny a pilot early access to his room and made a tired pilot sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before he could check in.1

Everything was perfect; I loved the gym and swimming pool, but an older lady at the restaurant side was unfriendly and seemed upset when I came for a quick breakfast at 10:45, even though she let people in at 11:00.

Just a short hop from the airport and the shuttle was handy, but the rooms were dirty, the AC stopped working and no one mentioned it, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.
