“A perfect little self-contained home-away-from-home”

This place feels like a little gem: self‑contained with a fully equipped kitchen, very private, an outdoor shaded terrace, and a sheltered yet open dining area; the decor is tastefully done with Pacific art everywhere, the internet is good, water pressure is strong, and everything works smoothly. A short walk takes you to the residents’ beach for great snorkeling, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the Tahiti museum just down the road is worth a visit. We’d stay again and highly recommend it.

Getting there was easy, but you definitely need a car, and there was no view.

David was very helpful. I had to go to the hospital for a suspected bone fracture, which was a bit far, and he brought me there in the evening. The accommodation is within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants. Next to it is the Tahiti Blue Lagoon luxury hotel with a super terrace for sunset. Prices are pretty low. David can also help with car rentals. His neighbor Paul takes care of that. Price 5900/Day. David, thanks again for your help!!! You need a car to see Tahiti; buses also run. It’s overall quite tiring. The southern peninsula is beautiful. The accommodation is relatively small, but it’s fine for one person. I didn’t like the house beach much, especially since it’s partly rocky and narrow: a matter of taste. The public beach is 2.5 km away. Walking along the main street or waiting for the bus.

A charming little Robinson cabin with David and Lowina. Pretty and roomy, complete with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Walks easily to the beach and to shops.
