The location is close to the airport and metro station, which is exactly what we needed. I thought the bathroom cleaning could be better; there were a lot of other guests’ hair left behind.

The best thing was the location; the neighborhood is safe and the hotel sits perfectly for rides with app‑based transport, and there are plenty of bars, pubs, museums and markets nearby. The room we stayed in wasn’t quiet – you could hear voices from other rooms even from the corridor – which hurts the rest experience a bit, and while the cleaning was decent you could still hear furniture being moved in the room above.

The spot is great, especially at night when there’s a lot to do. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready and the pillows and mattresses were all dirty. The supervisor was very attentive; when I brought up the issue she handled it right away. The hotel just needs more investment.
