Sapa Paradise Hotel

“An outstanding stay in the heart of Sapa with excellent service, great comfort, and a perfect location.”

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Paradise Hotel and were impressed by the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa. Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out

“Excellent”

The property has an excellent location. It is very near Sapa square and located close to eateries, cafe and shopping marts. The host Mike was helpful from Day 1. Well before we reached we were taken care of in every way

“Kicked me out this morning,my own fault should have booked longer. But going back tomorrow for a couple more days.”

The place was central. The staff were exceptionally good and helpful.

“Aucun intérêt”

I had a rather underwhelming experience at this hotel, mainly due to the unfriendly staff who didn't speak a word of English. The breakfast was quite limited, with only bread, butter, and jam available in a cold room with open windows, despite the outside temperature being a chilly 5 degrees Celsius. The reception area was also freezing, which made my stay even less enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. Located in a prime spot near the serene lake and bustling city center, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. While the exterior may not have been particularly impressive, stepping inside was like entering a cozy haven that immediately made me feel warm and welcome.
