The hotel’s location was amazing, the sea seen from the front was huge, crystal clear, and pristine; it’s probably the island’s best sea. The rooms were very spacious and airy. Breakfast was adequate, neither too varied nor too little, just right. The staff were smiling and always helpful, simply wonderful. The pool loungers were very comfortable, the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable; the twin beds side by side didn’t feel very cozy. Our room’s fridge unfortunately made a lot of motor noise, so we had to unplug it at night. But none of these are reasons not to return to this hotel; if we go to this area again, we’ll still choose this hotel.

“Amazing location and beautiful hotel!! Will definitely return!”

From the moment we walked into the reception and saw the view, we knew it was going to be a great holiday! The reception staff were always so friendly and helpful, and all the staff were lovely—rooms were always clean with good air‑con, the pool area was beautiful, although we spent most of our time on the beach on the free sun loungers 😎 Breakfast was more than enough and we also ate lunch a couple of times, which was great, especially the gyros and club sandwiches! We will definitely be returning because this hotel was everything we wanted and hoped for!

The location is great and the view is perfect, with a great private beach right in front of the hotel. It’s expensive considering the facilities and the hotel.

The cleanliness, the space, the view, the staff. The breakfast food is basic, the coffee is instant, unacceptable for a hotel at this price.

“Vacanza al Royal Bay Suites a Kos”

A quiet spot to spend summer holidays. The sea is clean with coarse (volcanic) sand and rock pools. The seabed slowly erodes, letting even non‑experts enjoy a swim. The water is crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling. The property is tidy, featuring a private pool overlooking the sea. Guests get a free beach umbrella, even on the sand front. The rooms are spacious on two‑storey buildings. The best are definitely the sea‑front rooms on the second floor; the rear ones face the road and aren’t very quiet. The bathroom is livable but not well‑ventilated. Staff are very friendly, but you need to know English or you’ll have to explain yourself with gestures. The breakfast could use a bit of improvement. The only downside is the lack of tranquility.
