Walk 15 minutes to Barceloneta Beach, 10 minutes to the Gothic Quarter, and 500 m to Arc de Triomf Metro.

The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. The accommodation is well‑located: a 25‑minute bus ride to the Sagrada Familia and a walk to the Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta. A beautiful park lies directly in front. The staff and location were the best aspects, no doubt. However, having only dryers at reception and none in the rooms is inconvenient—especially when someone takes one and you need it. I didn’t bring my own dryer because I saw that dryers were available. I stayed on the first floor, and every morning at 7 am the cleaning ladies made a lot of noise moving beds, talking, and pushing the cleaning cart. It feels a bit pricey for the room conditions, as the paint is very old and my bathtub had rust. In short, the accommodation conditions and the noise were the least appealing parts.
