Lalinn Hotel

The hotel sits in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk from main sights like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other Sultanahmed attractions, and the sea is very close. All staff are helpful, caring, and friendly at all times. A special shout out to Ebru who manages the Breakfast site and feeds the two cats that come there in the morning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful, keeping us going until the afternoon. The room we had was light and sunny, the bed was comfy, the pillows could have been a bit softer. Clean and enough equipment for a city holiday. We would definitely consider Lalinn Hotel again on our next trip to Istanbul. Shuttle to and from the Hotel to the Airport worked excellent. Nothing to complain about.

I liked that the hotel was in a communicative spot, the area is historic with many attractions within walking distance, and we were traveling with two kids; the room was quite spacious, clean, and the host had set a spot in front of the building, so we moved on foot and by taxi, though the traffic there is phenomenal. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra fee. We arrived late and they directed us to where we could dine. We were quite dissatisfied with one host; I requested a taxi after 40 minutes, and we had organized a Bosphorus dinner, but we left and the taxi was missing; a phone call told us there were no taxis available, so I was glad I had planned an hour and a half before dinner to walk.

We had a wonderful stay at "Lalinn". A special thank you to Zaki, our receptionist, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist us. They kindly upgraded our room, kept our luggage safely before check‑in, and arranged a taxi to the airport, which made everything so easy. The location is excellent; supermarkets are just a 2‑3 minute walk away, and Sultanahmet square was also just a 5‑7 minute walk away. Overall a very comfortable stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended.

“If you are coming to Istanbul then this is the place to stay”

My overall experience was beyond my expectations. The location is perfect for tourists. The staff was very humble, polite, welcoming, and available for every help, especially Mr Ekrem and Mr Saeed. Highly recommend this place in Istanbul.
