“Great staff - Good value for money”

The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom and the bed.

“Didn't stay in the end..”

Nothing positive. The room triggered allergies as soon as I stepped in because of the smell and atmosphere; the staff were kind and apologized many times, but I still felt bad. They swapped my room, but it didn’t improve my view of the room. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. For safety and medical reasons I couldn’t see myself staying here, so I requested a free cancellation, which they accepted, and I appreciated that. I didn’t stay in the hotel in the end, but I give 10/10 for the customer service and staff, though I wouldn’t say the same for the room.

A beautiful, clean room in a well‑located hotel; the rooftop bar is amazing, the staff are pleasant, and you can leave your bag during the day after you check out. However, like other comments, the rooms are poorly insulated and you can hear everything happening in the hallway.

Spotlessly clean, great views from all terraces and rooftop, friendly, helpful staff. No view at all from room, there was a window, it was about 4 inch wide and faced a wall
