The spot is in a great position, just a few minutes on foot from the main station and a bunch of tourist spots and the beach. The apartment is roomy, perfect for couples, well equipped, freshly cleaned, and smells nice. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was great, and the team themselves were discreet and unobtrusive.

I would definitely recommend this place because it’s smack in the middle of everything, easy to get to, and the apartment feels super cozy. Getting in was a breeze and the whole flat was spotless.

There isn’t much to say positively about this place. It’s marketed as ‘luxury apartments’, but there’s nothing luxurious here. The flat wasn’t cleaned properly, the furniture looks like cheap IKEA stuff, the décor is minimal, the fridge door seal and shower corners were moldy, the bed caused back pain after one night, the balcony view is disappointing, and the area overall feels a bit sketchy.

The building’s design is interesting, it’s clean and tidy, and it’s close to the main street and the promenade. The staff at the apartment office gave a very bad impression, acting like security guards. It felt like a dormitory when you’re afraid of staying too late because the lady at reception watches and comments. I also encountered a camera on the apartment’s terrace for the first time. We felt a bit like we were under constant surveillance. I understand cameras by the pool, in the hallway, etc. for safety, but a terrace or balcony should be a private space. The place isn’t just about walls, a comfortable bed, or a sea view. People matter, and that’s lacking here.

It was unfortunately too short to enjoy it fully. The rooms, at least the one assigned (Acqua), are like a small studio with enough to cook for a slightly longer stay. Clean and comfortable. The check‑in part can be a bit tricky because there’s no front desk; everything is done online. The process could be improved.
