All the essentials were within walking distance, and the room had AC, TV, balcony, shower, and window nets. The corner where the balcony wall meets the floor of the AC unit needs fixing because water is always there, risking mold, and trash needs to be removed from the side of the building.

The room was clean, tidy, with a bathroom and a large comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful, and we had a reserved parking spot in the garage even though there were plenty of nearby parking spaces.
