“Ok place to stay for a night”

The location was great, but receiving calls from my colleague asking if I was experiencing the discomforts he was going through in his room, my AC was ok and his wasn't working, I had to offer to switch rooms with him but he declined saying why should I be uncomfortable and he relaxes overnight. The management should have changed his room.

“A disappointing stay,the hotel management should take customers complaints seriously and act on them”

The only thing I liked was the location. From the moment I entered my room, 201 to be precise, I noticed the lights had a problem and I complained to which the porter did one or two flicks and it came on but immediately power was turned off and on the lights didn't come on again; I called the reception about this on two separate occasions. The air‑conditioning didn't work and I kept calling the reception; instead of changing my room to one with a functional AC they deceived me into believing it was a power issue and it would normalize over time, but it never did and I had to spend the night using a fan. Meanwhile I made reservations for two other colleagues of mine and they later confirmed the ACs in their rooms worked perfectly throughout the night. I called the restaurant to order food and the line was not connecting; I rang the reception again and told them of my inability to connect with the restaurant. The receptionist promised to get the restaurant to call me to take my order, that call never came. When I was tired of waiting, I had to walk out of the hotel around after 9 pm to go buy something to eat (suya), which was not what I wanted. Lastly, there was this scratching noise in the ceiling of my room, most likely by a rodent and I had to get up, hit that spot on the ceiling like thrice before I finally fell asleep. It was not an experience I would want anyone to go through and it could have been avoided if the staff on duty had dealt with my earlier complaints, and please water should be left running at all times; calling to ask them to pump water more than once is also not ideal.

“Customers complaints should be managed better”

The location was fine and the staff were courteous when we arrived, but my colleague who checked in with me had problems with his room and nothing was done to make him comfortable.

The sanitary facilities need a complete overhaul, and overall the sanitary facilities were lacking.
