I had no idea—I didn’t stay there because the rooms offered had dirty beds. I’m a harsh critic, but the receptionist was very understanding and offered many solutions to fix my issue. The fact that I wasn’t refunded even though I didn’t stay is unacceptable. Dare to expect guests to sleep in dirty sheets—that’s madness.
