Hotel Tao

The tranquility was good. There was no air conditioning and they only lent me a fan; the water keys were loose, and the parking was not available.

I didn’t like it. Finally, we didn’t stay at that hotel; there was no one at the reception, and when someone arrived to attend us the service was not correct. The hotel entrance felt very narrow and gave a claustrophobic feeling, everything was very crowded and we decided not to stay. They claimed free parking, but they only provided service from nine at night to nine in the morning and you had to pay half the parking cost.

“Deficiente”

The location and hot shower water were fine, it was clean, and the receptionist was very good and apologized. The room had zero ventilation or natural light, you could hear the outside too much, and other guests’ voices. The room door didn’t close, and for the room price I expected more, at least comfort in terms of privacy. The mattress felt like it had a plastic cover that generated more heat, and there was no ventilation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, I loved the hotel's prime location, which made it easy for me to get around the city. However, I was disappointed to find that my room was not clean and had some unwanted guests - I spotted cockroaches during my stay, which was really off-putting. Overall, while the location was convenient, the cleanliness issues detracted from my stay.

“Exclente estancia, todo perfecto”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, particularly due to the hotel's fantastic location. The property's overall quality and service exceeded my expectations, and I found myself thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my visit. The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area, and I was pleased with the seamless experience from start to finish.
